We collect / You Deliver (local customers)

For local customers, it is easier for you to drop your machine into our store. Collection is an option if needed. For anyone outside of the Birmingham area, we have our own dedicated collection service available to you.

We diagnose

Once we have your machine, we endeavour to diagnose all machines within 3 days

We repair

Once diagnosed we will email you an estimate. Once approved we will get your Mac fixed and shipped back to you

Put it in the post that day and the next day I was emailed to say it was all done and fixed. I had had a quote from another company of £250 – £300. Will fixed it and had it back to me in 4 working days at less than half that price. Kept informed of every step of the way. Would certainly recommend to anyone who needs a fast, friendly and reasonably priced service. Lots quicker than trying to book an appointment at a Genius Bar.
